KarisMed is pleased to offer a complete immigration medical examination for immigration applicants for adjustment of status application, e.g., Green Card. Our physician is a certified Immigration Medical Exam Civil Surgeon by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to perform Medical Exam and Vaccination Report for Immigration Requirements (USCIS Form i-693).
Our clinic is very flexible in appointment scheduling and can provide same-day or next-day appointments for your immigration physical examination.
